Retreat Yoga-Teacher

Retreat work — without chaos.

I work with retreats in different formats, but always with clear boundaries.

Depth requires structure.
Structure requires fewer people.

If those conditions are missing, I don’t participate.

Format A

Lead teacher for retreats

I regularly join selected retreats as a lead yoga teacher.

I am not an organizer. I don’t manage logistics, marketing, or administration.

My focus is:

  • Practice
  • People
  • Rhythm

I only accept retreats where group sizes are small, the schedule allows depth, and my way of working is respected.

Format B

Private retreats & residencies

Some clients invite me into private retreat or residency settings.

These can be small private groups, long-term stays, or invitation-based collaborations.

In these settings, my role often expands beyond daily classes:

  • Creating structure and rhythm
  • Supporting intensive phases
  • Holding space when depth is required

These formats are by invitation or application only.

Format C

Own retreats — occasional

I host my own retreats occasionally.

They are small — around 10–12 people — focused on practice, not spectacle, and announced intentionally rather than continuously.

There is no public schedule. Information is shared directly.

Depth. Presence. Responsibility.

A clear boundary

What this work is — and is not.

This work is not designed for:

  • Large-scale retreat tourism
  • Packed schedules
  • Constant stimulation

It is designed for:

  • Depth
  • Presence
  • Responsibility
